STANDARD PLANS - PRICE INFORMATION
Advanced Systems Homes maintains a file
of selected plans referred to as STANDARD. These plans contain drawings
of suggested options and although shown on the plan, they are available
at additional "Option" prices. These standard plans are pre-priced from
the foundation up. Foundations are quoted separately and may be furnished
by the buyer or included in the contract price.
A listing of some of the available options
is published and Is available from the office along with current "Base"
prices of the house plans. Both price lists are subject to change without
notice. Quotes in process are subject to change at the time of closing
of the contract, and will then become firm for construction.
Changing of the "Standard" plan in order
to arrive at a "Custom" plan to suit the buyers requirements is normal
and encouraged. Part of our customer service is providing a plan with
the buyers changes at no cost, and expect a small change or two to get
it "Right". If a new plan is required or if there are many changes,
we reserve the right to charge a reasonable rate to continue to provide
plans.
An accurate plan for the customer's
home is required before accurate pricing can be determined. Once the
plan is accepted, we will then also provide a Foundation Plan, a Cabinet
Plan, and a "Quote" for the cost of the house including options. Some
areas will require a much more detailed set of plans in order to obtain
a builders permit. In this situation, an additional charge is made for
the larger plan set.
We will take a look at any plan provided
by the buyer to determine if It is "Buildable" within our system. Success
of adaptation and custom design will be much greater if one of our plans
can be changed to fit the buyers requirements.
Thank you for your interest in our Homes...
